💡 The Evening Energy Reset Principle

Your energy isn't just about what you do during the day - it's about how you transition out of it. The way you end today directly impacts your energy capacity for tomorrow.

  • Win acknowledgment: List 3 things that went well today, no matter how small

  • Tomorrow's top 3: Choose your 3 most important tasks for tomorrow (not 10, not 5 - just 3)

  • Energy reflection: Rate your energy levels throughout today on a scale of 1-10

This isn't journaling - it's mental decluttering. You're clearing your mental RAM so your brain can actually rest.

Phase 2: The Energy Restoration (30-45 minutes)

Now that your mind is clear, focus on restoring your energy reserves:

For Your Body:

  • Gentle stretching or yoga

  • Warm shower or bath

  • Herbal tea or warm water

  • Comfortable clothes that make you feel good

For Your Mind:

  • Read something inspiring (not work-related)

  • Listen to calming music or nature sounds

  • Practice gratitude for today's experiences

  • Avoid news, social media, or stimulating content

For Your Spirit:

  • Connect with someone you care about

  • Do something creative, even for 10 minutes

Phase 3: The Tomorrow Setup (10 minutes)

End by creating conditions for tomorrow's success:

  • Environment prep: Lay out clothes, prepare workspace, tidy key areas

  • Energy intention: Visualize how you want to feel tomorrow

  • Peak window planning: Align your most important task with your natural energy peak

  • Gratitude practice: Appreciate something about today and something you're looking forward to tomorrow
