🔋 The 2 PM Reality Check

Real Talk: For the longest time, I thought something was wrong with me.

Every day around 2-3 PM, I'd hit this wall. Hard. Like, "maybe I should just scroll Instagram for 20 minutes" hard.

I tried everything:

  • More coffee ☕ (just made me jittery & acid reflux got worse than ever)

  • Power naps 😴 (felt groggy & lazy after)

  • Motivational podcasts 🎧 (couldn't focus)
