Use this energy log every two hours to determine what your superpower window is. Track from 0-100% your physical, mental, emotional, and creative energy. Note down what is affecting your energy patterns during the times that you are logging.

Once you think you've identified your peak window, test it:
For 3 consecutive days:
Protect this time for your most important work only
No email, meetings, or administrative tasks during this window
Focus on one significant project that requires your best thinking
Notice the difference in your productivity and how the work feels
