I want to tell you about something I have been quietly building on the side of everything else.

You already know about the newsletter. The podcast. The clothing line. The LLC. The very public, very intentional process of building Strategic Style Co. from a blank page into something real.

What you don't know — until right now — is that I have also been building software.

Two apps. Both live in the App Store. Both were built under Strategic Style Co. LLC. Both were rooted in the same belief that has driven everything I have ever built here:

Becoming the best version of yourself is not a feeling. It is a system.

Let me tell you about them.

Ultimate Boss — Become the best version of you

Here is something I have been saying in this newsletter for a long time: most people fail to reach their goals not because they lack ambition, but because they lack a system.

They have the vision. They have the motivation, at least at the beginning. What they don't have is a way to measure whether they're actually moving. A way to look at a day and know — honestly, without self-deception — whether it counted.

Ultimate Boss solves that.

Every day inside the app, you earn a Daily Score out of 100 based on the actions that actually move the needle in your life. Habits tracked. Goals broken down into real tasks. Workouts logged. Water intake monitored. Financial growth tracked. Daily motivation to start with the right mindset.

One number. One honest look at how you showed up today.

No more vague feeling of "I had a pretty good day." No more lying to yourself about whether you did the work. The scoreboard keeps you honest in the way that nothing else does — because when the number is low, you know exactly what you didn't do, and you get to choose differently tomorrow.

This is the Strategic Style Co. philosophy in app form. Strategy is not a mindset. It is a practice. It is the daily, consistent, measurable act of becoming — tracked, scored, and built one day at a time.

Ultimate Boss is free to get on the App Store — in order to save and track your data, there is a recurring monthly investment in the system for $7.99 that makes success inevitable.

Kaukau — Cook what you've got.

The second app came from a completely different place — and is connected to the same idea in a way that might surprise you.

Kaukau is a smart meal planner. But not the kind that sends you to the grocery store with a list of ingredients you don't have. The kind that starts with what you already have — whatever is in your fridge, your pantry, your cupboards right now — and builds real, delicious, satisfying meals around it.

You open the app. You add what you have. Within seconds, Kaukau surfaces meal ideas built specifically around your ingredients. Dietary preferences. Weekly meal planning. Step-by-step instructions. A pantry tracker so it always knows what you're working with. Quick meals for Tuesday nights. Slow cooks for Sunday afternoons.

The name comes from Hawaii — in Hawaiian and local Pidgin culture, kaukau simply means food. And the app was built in that same spirit: making the most of what you have, cooking good food from your real kitchen, and sharing it with the people you love.

Here is why this belongs in a Strategic Style Co. newsletter:

The best version of yourself is not just about what you accomplish. It is about how you live. The food you eat, the way you nourish yourself, the daily act of taking care of your body with the same intention you bring to your goals — that is part of the system too.

Most meal planning apps tell you what to eat and then require you to go buy it. Kaukau flips that entirely. It works with what you already have. It is meal planning built for real life — practical, personal, and rooted in what you've already got.

Which, if you think about it, is exactly what strategic living looks like.

Kaukau is free to download with a 7-day free trial. Premium is $5.99 per month.

Why I built both

I want to be honest about what these apps represent — not just as products, but as proof of something I have been saying here for a long time.

You do not have to wait for permission to build the thing. You do not have to have a computer science degree or a development team or a roadmap that makes sense to everyone else. You need a vision, a work ethic, and the willingness to figure it out in real time.

I am a paralegal. I am a newsletter writer. I am a podcaster, a founder, and someone who is very much still figuring things out. And I built two apps that are now live in the App Store under Strategic Style Co. LLC.

This is what building in public looks like. Not the highlight reel. The actual thing.

The newsletter gave me the community. The podcast gave me the voice. The clothing line gave me the brand. The apps give you the tools.

Everything I build is in service of the same vision: helping you become the most intentional, most focused, most fully yourself version of you that you can be.

These two apps are the next piece of that.

Download Ultimate Boss and start tracking the life you are building.

Download Kaukau and start nourishing the person doing the building.

Both are available now in the App Store. Both were built with you in mind.

With love,

Meaghan, founder of Strategic Style Co. LLC

Both apps are built under Strategic Style Co. LLC. Your data is never collected or sold. Built with aloha — and a lot of late nights.
